Our Tuckshop is a much-loved feature of school life at Mirriwinni State School, and we’re proud to offer a delicious selection of food, thanks to the hard work of our amazing volunteers. As a small school, we rely on volunteers to staff the tuckshop each month, with our menu changing based on the talents and creativity of those who help out. Past favorites have included hot dogs, sushi, pasta, toasted sandwiches, Mars Bar slices, and more!
Our tuckshop is open once a month, offering a carefully selected menu that aligns with Education Queensland's healthy eating policy. All food on our menu is listed on the National Healthy Food List, ensuring that our students enjoy tasty options that support their well-being. All items are available for morning tea only.
To place an order, simply ensure your child’s name, class, and order are written on the front of the paper bag, and place the money in a separate envelope for hygiene reasons (please avoid putting money directly into the paper bag). We also welcome donations of fresh fruit at any time—your support is greatly appreciated!
